SCALES, ELECTRONIC AUTO/ TAXI FARE METERS.
Apart
from new product development programmes,
this group constantly monitors field problems
associated with our own developed/manufactured
products and has a systematic and continuing
product improvement process.
Manufacturing
and Quality Assurance: (ISO 9000:2008)
This group implements our manufacturing
plan, and checks that GOLDLINE products
always maintain the high levels of qualitative
excellence worthy of the GOLDLINE name.
Marketing
The
vitality of this group receives Top Management’s
prime attention to ensure the evolution
of dynamic product-related field marketing
strategies, always keeping in mind customers’
interest.
Our
field personnel are carefully selected
and appropriately guided to convert sales
opportunities into firm orders leading
ultimately to customer delight with the
Company’s products and services.
Technical
Support
There
is a Central Service and Training Centre
at our Head Office in New Delhi. And each
of our branches has a technical support
team with full capability for prompt preventive/breakdown
maintenance. Constant training and re-training
of technical personnel, both in-house
and overseas, facilitates efficient and
expert support to our nation-wide installation
base.
